1. Order Processing & Delivery Time The total delivery time is divided into Processing Time (production/handling) and Shipping Time.

Category A: Stock Products (No Customization)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Beijing Standard Time.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Shipping Time: 8–18 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 9–21 business days.

Category B: Custom Products (With Logo/Design)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Beijing Standard Time.

  • Lead Time (Production): 14–28 business days (Starts after mock-up approval).

  • Shipping Time: 8–18 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 22–46 business days.

2. Shipping Cost We offer Free Economy Shipping on all orders to the countries listed in Section 4. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take up to 3-5 business days to update in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Origin & Destinations

  • Shipping Origin: All products are produced and shipped from our professional manufacturing facility in China.

  • Available Countries: United States.

5. Shipping Address & Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be requested via email before the order is dispatched. Once the package is in transit, we cannot change the destination.

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or extreme weather.
