Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At HQPACKING, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer different policies for Stock Products and Custom Products to ensure a fair process.

1. Return Window Customers have the right to request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their items.

2. Stock / Plain Products (No Customization) You may return stock items if:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • There are significant size or quality issues. Process: Contact us at hi@hqpacking.shop within the return window. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

3. Custom Products Policy Because custom products are manufactured to your specific requirements, they are only eligible for return/refund if:

  • The printed design is incorrect or differs significantly from the approved mock-up.
  • There is a printing alignment deviation greater than 3mm.
  • The item has structural manufacturing defects.
  • Note: Once production begins after your mock-up approval, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, or quality issues), HQPACKING will provide a return shipping label and cover all costs.
  • Customer Change of Mind: For stock items, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $10 processing fee.

5. General Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Complete in quantity (for bulk orders).

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
